I’d like to nominate Kathy Sierra’s post “Knocking the exuberance out of employees” for best blog post of 2006…

It’s interesting to see a few companies starting to change here, but it is too slow! It would be *great* to see a conversation on the solution to this issue.

      Great post, I second the nomination. Unfortunately we are trained to become robots in our educational system and coporations want to keep it that way. I think innovative companies have a huge advantage over the behemoths of yesteryear by taking actually hiring people that can think. You’re right David, we need more of it and sooner than later!
